INGREDIENTS:COMBO - All 3 Dry Flower

  • 2 tbsp soft butter

  • 1 tbsp finely chopped edible flowers (Bluepea, Hibiscus, Rose, Marigold etc..)

  • A pinch of salt

  • ½ tsp honey or sugar

 

 

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

Step 1: Soften the Butter

Let your butter sit at room temperature for about 10–15 minutes until it’s soft and easy to mix. If you’re using cream cheese instead, make sure it’s soft and spreadable too.

Step 2: Prepare the Edible Flowers

Gently rinse the flowers and pat them dry with a paper towel. Remove any stems or non-edible parts. Finely chop the petals until you have about 1 tablespoon.

Step 3: Mix the Ingredients

In a small bowl, combine the softened butter with the chopped edible flowers.

  • For a savory version, add a small pinch of salt.

  • For a sweet version, stir in ½ teaspoon of honey or sugar.
