INGREDIENTS:

• ½ cup thin poha (flattened rice)

• 1 tbsp grated coconut

• 1 tbsp grated jaggery

• A pinch of cardamom powder

• 1 tbsp steamed drumstick flowers

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. Step 1: Rinse the poha
Gently wash the thin poha under running water and drain it immediately. Don’t soak – thin poha becomes soft very quickly.

2. Step 2: Prepare your mix-ins
In a mixing bowl, add the freshly grated coconut, jaggery, cardamom powder, and the steamed drumstick flowers.

3. Step 3: Combine all ingredients
Add the washed poha to the bowl. Mix everything gently using your hand or a spoon until well combined. Make sure the jaggery is evenly distributed.
