Here’s a simple step-by-step guide to prepare these dreamy floral popsicles at home.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup milk (use coconut milk for a vegan version)

  • 2 tbsp rose syrup

  • 1 tbsp sugar or honey (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tbsp fresh rose petals, finely chopped (Roja Poo)

  • ½ tsp cardamom powder (optional)

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

Step 1: Mix the base

In a bowl, combine milk, rose syrup, and sugar or honey. Stir well until the sweetener is fully dissolved.
